Cancellations will only be accepted on or before October 10, 2025 (an administration fee of 10% will apply). No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after October 10, 2025. No liability is assumed by OMSOC for changes in program date, content, speakers, venues or cancellation of the event.

OMSOC 2025 ASM meeting login information is intended for your use only. Sharing your login credentials is strictly prohibited. Login details will be emailed to you no less than 24 hours prior to the event.
No liability is assumed by the OMSOC for changes in program dates, content, or speakers, cancellation of the event, and/or technical difficulties.
Any form of recording the live sessions by participants is strictly prohibited.
You are expressly restricted from all of the following:
- Publishing any event material in any media;
- Selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any event material.
Sessions will be recorded for security purposes.
Recordings will not be available post-conference.

ABOUT THE ASSOCIATION

OMSOC is Canada’s only medical society devoted to the specialty practice of occupational medicine. OMSOC brings together occupational medicine specialists and physicians from other specialties with an interest in occupational medicine to advise on health policy, encourage discussion and collaboration amongst stakeholders with whom OMSOC’s members interact, including physicians, employers, labour groups, and other allied health professionals, and to advance the specialty practice of occupational medicine through conferences and the training of future occupational medicine specialists.

The Occupational Medicine Specialists of Canada is the recognized National Specialty Society for Occupational Medicine with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
