Submitting your Presentation
Deadline:
 November 29, 2023

Please send a copy of your final presentation in a PowerPoint and a PDF version to events@secretariatcentral.com.  Make sure that your disclosure slide is included.  The PDF copy will be made available to registered delegates in a private area of the OMSOC website after the conference provided your consent.

If your files are too large to be sent via email, we recommend you upload them to an external source for sharing i.e., Dropbox.

When emailing your files, please ensure that your file title contains your full name (ex. Talk Title-John-Doe).

If you do not wish a PDF copy to be available to delegates post-conference, you must opt-out in the speaker registration form. Also, please let your audience know this during your presentation! Some delegates may be very interested in receiving the information after and are often disappointed to know it isn’t available.
